Terrence Cole, a 28-year-old man from Chicago, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2020, in Austin, Texas. The incident occurred outside the Victory Grill on East 11th Street after an argument escalated into a shooting. Cole and another man were shot by an unidentified suspect as they walked away from the bar. Cole succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the other victim was hospitalized.
The suspect, described as a Black male in his 20s, around 5 feet 11 inches tall, with
possible tattoos under his right eye and on his left arm, fled the scene and remains at large. The Austin Police Department has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. Detectives continue to investigate the case, urging anyone with information to come forward.
The Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy to determine the official cause and manner of death. The investigation remains ongoing, with law enforcement actively seeking the suspect responsible for Terrence Cole's death.
