Iluminada Marrero Perdoma, a 27-year-old woman of Cuban ethnicity, tragically lost her life on November 25, 2020, in Houston, TX. The incident occurred at her southwest Houston apartment complex and was the result of a violent confrontation with her ex-husband, Leonardo Llanes. The dispute arose over the custody of their elementary-school-aged son.
