Marco Antonio Recio III, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, tragically passed away on January 13, 2021, in Baytown, Texas. Recio was visiting a woman at an apartment complex in the Pecan Grove area when her ex-boyfriend arrived. A verbal altercation ensued between Recio and the 25-year-old man, which escalated when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot Recio. Recio was pronounced dead at the scene.
