On January 23, 2021, Dallas police responded to a health and welfare check in the 3500 block of Falls Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of James Harmon, a 47-year-old male, lying on a sidewalk. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted an immediate investigation by the authorities.

Following a thorough investigation, law enforcement officials arrested 63-year-old John Thomas Hall in connection with the death of James Harmon. Hall was subsequently charged with murder and ...
