Baldemar Flores, a 31-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2021. He was fatally shot at the 10801 East Freeway service road around 9:50 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Flores unresponsive in the parking lot of a hotel, having suffered at least one gunshot wound.
