Casey KC Brackett White, a 29-year-old male from Big Spring, Texas, tragically died on March 8, 2021. He was found in the driver's seat of a white 2007 Ford Focus, which was stopped on the side of the road near East 18th and Austin streets. Brackett had suffered a life-threatening gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at Scenic Mountain Medical Center.
Big Spring police identified Anselmo Vicente Rangel, 24, as a suspect and arrested him on March 16, 2021, in connection with Bracket
