Roy Guerrero Cervantes, Jr., a 35-year-old Hispanic man from Big Spring, Texas, tragically died on March 6, 2015. Initially, it appeared that Cervantes was killed by being hit by a train at the intersection of FM 700 and Interstate 20. However, autopsy results later revealed that he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds prior to being placed on the railroad tracks.
