Thomas Segundo, a 38-year-old man from Big Spring, Texas, tragically passed away on January 31, 2021, following injuries sustained from a shooting on January 18, 2021. Segundo was initially taken to Scenic Mountain Medical Center and later transferred to University Medical Center in Lubbock due to the severity of his injuries. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on January 31.
