Kolby Marquise Graham, a 20-year-old African American male from Lancaster, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2021, in DeSoto, Texas. Graham was fatally shot in the head during a balloon release ceremony held in honor of Camran Kashawn Collier, a 19-year-old junior Olympic boxer and Marine Corps Reserve member who had been murdered three days earlier.
