Chloe Bre'Ann Vivens, an 18-year-old female of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 30, 2021, in Amarillo, Texas. She was fatally shot in what appeared to be a drive-by shooting near the 800 block of South Florida in Amarillo's San Jacinto neighborhood. Chloe was found wounded inside a parked car, and despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries the following day.
