Luis Cepeda Lopez, a 52-year-old Latin male, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was found lying on the ground in an open field at a construction site in the 10600 block of Grady Lane. After SWAT secured the scene, Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him deceased at the scene. The cause of death was determined to be gun violence.
