Troy Lee, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on June 28, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Initially, it was believed that he had been shot, but upon arrival at the hospital, it was determined that he had actually been stabbed. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. at the Hilltop Oaks Apartments off Ingram Road near Callaghan Road. When police arrived at the scene, they found Lee lying in the grass near a bus stop.
