Norris Lee Williams, a 38-year-old African American male, was found deceased in his apartment in Snyder, Texas, on July 1, 2021. The Snyder Police Department responded to a call in the early morning hours regarding a gunshot victim at the Cedar Row Apartments. Upon arrival, officers discovered Norris Lee Williams dead from an apparent gunshot wound. His body was subsequently sent to Lubbock for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
