Terry Ray Fisher Jr., a 34-year-old male from Austin, Texas, tragically passed away on September 1, 2021. He was found lying in the road with multiple gunshot wounds early in the morning on Burton Drive near Oltorf Street. The Austin Police Department confirmed that Terry Ray Fisher Jr. also appeared to have been run over by a vehicle. An autopsy ruled his death as a homicide, caused by gunshot wounds and blunt force trauma injuries.
