Emma Fillipoff was last seen in the Victoria Inner Harbour area on November 28, 2012. She was reported to be a shy and quiet person and had been staying at a local shelter for about 6 months prior to her going missing. It is believed that Emma may have been suffering from the onset of some mental health issues. She was barefoot, but carrying a pair of blue or grey running shoes. Emma did not use or abuse drugs or alcohol.
