Alvandro Angel Torrez IV, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead in a ditch on the south side of San Antonio, Texas, on September 9, 2021. His body was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head, wrapped in a blanket and thrown over a guardrail. The San Antonio Police Department launched an investigation into his murder, interviewing family and friends to gather information about his last known whereabouts.
