Keith Joseph Mann Jr., a 35-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2021, in Paris, Texas. Mann was fatally shot near the 900 block of East Hickory Street and later pronounced dead at Paris Regional Medical Center's Emergency Room. The incident occurred shortly after 9:45 p.m., and Mann was reportedly shot while in a vehicle, which was then driven to another location in an attempt to escape the shooting.
