Adil Dghoughi, a 31-year-old Moroccan immigrant, tragically died on October 11, 2021, in Martindale, Texas. Dghoughi was killed by Terry Duane Turner, who was initially charged with murder but later convicted of manslaughter. Turner, a 67-year-old resident of Martindale, shot Dghoughi after he mistakenly entered Turner's driveway late at night. Turner claimed he saw a gun, although no weapon was found on Dghoughi.
