Nizar Noorali Raiyyani, a 46-year-old man, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2021, in Dallas, TX. The incident occurred in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood, where Raiyyani was fatally shot during an argument that escalated into a robbery. The suspect, identified as Diavontain Shamar Hill, 24, allegedly shot Raiyyani shortly before 9 a.m.
