D'Andre L. Robinson, a 39-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was shot and killed on January 18, 2016. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of Hebert Street. According to initial reports, Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene after being struck by gunfire.
