In the winter of 2016, the life of 39-year-old D'Andre L. Robinson, a male resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Monday, January 18, 2016, Robinson was in the 2300 block of Hebert Street when he was fatally shot.
