Jesaias Hiram Nieves, a 22-year-old male from Dallas, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2022, in Plano, Texas. He was fatally shot in the 4400 block of Longfellow Drive just after 10 p.m. The Plano Police Department identified Nieves as the victim and treated his death as a homicide.
