Daequon Demond Macon, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2022, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was shot and killed at a house party on Glen Abbey Drive in South Fort Worth. The incident occurred in the middle of the night, and neighbors reported hearing gunshots. The house had been rented for the weekend on Airbnb, and the party was unexpected in the typically quiet neighborhood.
