On January 29, 2022, 34-year-old Angela Fresquez was tragically shot and killed at the Walnut Forest Motel in North Austin, Texas. She was found unresponsive near a dumpster, having suffered a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of Austin-Travis County EMS medics to save her life, Fresquez was pronounced dead at the scene.
