He was born on December 28, 1965, and was known for his caring nature and his work as a self-employed car detailer. Jim was the son of Bernice Elizabeth Brown, Jr. and Jim Bolden, and he is survived by his mother, Bernice E. Brown, Jr., his son Clarence Batts, and three grandchildren.
