Audry Eugene Wayne Fuller III, also known as "Trey," was a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity who tragically lost his life on May 15, 2022, in La Marque, Texas. Fuller was fatally shot during an incident at a home in the 400 block of Beech Street. He was pronounced dead at HCA Healthcare Houston Mainland Hospital shortly after arriving with gunshot wounds.
The incident occurred when Anthony Terrell Miles and Marvkese Crawford plotted to rob Fuller and another individual,
Jarrod Lee Clark, by pretending to buy drugs from them. During the confrontation, Crawford drew a weapon, prompting Fuller and Clark to do the same. A shootout ensued, resulting in Fuller and Crawford being struck by bullets. Fuller was found dead in the backyard, while Clark managed to drive him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Anthony Terrell Miles was later sentenced to 50 years in prison after pleading guilty to murder. Marvkese Crawford died at the scene, and Jarrod Lee Clark still faces charges of narcotics trafficking and tampering with evidence. The investigation involved multiple law enforcement agencies, including the La Marque City Police Department, the Galveston County Sheriff's Office, and the Harris County High Tech Crimes Unit.
