Patrina Compton, a 42-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on April 10, 2022, in La Marque, Texas. Patrina, who was a dedicated NICU nurse at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, was found in her vehicle on the southbound lanes of I-45 near Mac McGaffey Highland Bayou Park.
