Nikita M. Boston, aged 35, was fatally shot on May 24, 2016, in Kansas City, Missouri. Boston was returning home and had just pulled into her driveway in the city's east side when the shooting occurred. Witnesses reported that Boston was ambushed while she was still in her vehicle. It was around 9 p.m. when the incident took place, and she was pronounced dead shortly after police and emergency responders arrived on the scene.
