William Duncan Womack, a 60-year-old man from Livingston, TX, tragically died on April 15, 2022. His death was the result of a fatal shooting incident that occurred on April 15, 2022, in Liberty County, Texas. The incident stemmed from an ongoing neighborhood dispute over Womack's dog running loose in the neighborhood.
