Chrisheena Lee, a 23-year-old Black woman from Pasadena, Texas, tragically lost her life on July 11, 2022. The incident occurred in her apartment when her boyfriend, Bobby Wolfe, claimed he mistook her for an intruder and shot her multiple times. Wolfe, a former football player at the University of Arizona, was charged with manslaughter in connection with her death. He was held on a $500,000 bail, although prosecutors had initially requested a lower bond.
