Dexter R. Pitts, aged 23, was tragically shot and killed on August 14, 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was found deceased in Old North St. Louis after being ambushed by individuals in a vehicle. The shooting occurred during an especially violent weekend for St. Louis, which saw multiple incidents involving gun violence. According to reports, Dexter was targeted while walking near the 2700 block of Hadley Street. When police arrived, they discovered Pitts suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. ...Read More
