David Samuel Medina, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2022, in Austin, Texas. The incident occurred in the 6600 block of Ed Bluestein Boulevard at approximately 7:31 p.m. Medina was shot and subsequently dropped off at a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
