Richard Rocco, a 53-year-old male from Kemah, Texas, tragically died on November 17, 2022, from multiple gunshot wounds. He was found at the Summerbrooke Apartments on Lawrence Road in Kemah and was later pronounced dead at HCA Clear Lake Hospital. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m., and investigators were called to the scene to find Rocco with multiple gunshot wounds.
