Luther Figgs, a 45-year-old man from Kemah, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on May 18, 2022, at the Watergate Yachting Center in Clear Lake Shores. Figgs was found dead from gunshot wounds on a boat where he lived with his domestic partner, Donna Parker, a 38-year-old yoga instructor. The incident occurred in the late afternoon, and police were called to the scene shortly after.
