Robert Lee Baigen, a 42-year-old man from Lubbock, Texas, tragically died on December 22, 2022. According to the Lubbock Police Department, Baigen was involved in an altercation at a home in the 4700 block of 35th Street. During this altercation, he was shot and subsequently drove away, crashing his vehicle into a home in the 3900 block of Salem Avenue. He was found with a gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at University Medical Center.
