Luis Manuel Casillas, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on December 23, 2022, in Houston, Texas. Casillas, a mechanic by profession, was gunned down over a dispute involving a $500 car repair bill. According to his family, Casillas had planned to use the money to buy Christmas presents for his two young daughters.
