On the afternoon of September 16, 2016, a violent incident unfolded in the St. Louis, Missouri neighborhood surrounding the intersection of Dodier Street and Glasgow Avenue. At approximately 12:00 p.m., the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department received a call reporting a shooting in the area.
