Orlando F. Smith, a 39-year-old man from Pikeville, Tennessee, was tragically shot to death at a home under construction on April 22, 2014. The incident occurred in Bledsoe County, south of Pikeville. Smith's body was discovered after the property owner arrived at the site and found him dead, having been deceased for at least 12 hours before authorities were notified.
