In the small community of Pikeville, Tennessee, the summer of 2016 was marked by a tragedy that remains unresolved. On July 5th, 41-year-old James Songer, a male, was found deceased at his residence on Brock Hollow Road. He was discovered alongside his companion, Robbin Martin.
