Justin Neil Davis, a 24-year-old male resident of the Hickory Withe Community in Memphis, TN, tragically died on July 16, 2014. Davis, a United States Army veteran, was shot and killed by Germantown police officers in Cameron Brown Park. The incident occurred after Davis was found in his car with a rifle, and police were alerted that he might be suicidal.
