In the summer of 2015, the community of LaFollette, Tennessee, was unsettled by the violent death of one of its own. On July 5th, Jimmy Baltimore, a 71-year-old Caucasian male, was found deceased. His death was the result of gun violence, a grim discovery that prompted an immediate investigation by local law enforcement.
