Jermichael Bowling, a 35-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of August 14, 2016. Chattanooga Police responded to a call at around 5:28 a.m. in the 2600 block of East 41st Street, where they found Bowling with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries before the arrival of the police.
