Death by Force

Sam Jonathan Rolack, a 33-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on October 15, 2016, in the courtyard of the Whitehaven View apartment complex in Memphis, Tennessee. Rolack, who was African American, did not reside in the apartments but was visiting friends who lived there. When police arrived at the scene, they found Rolack suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
