In the Oakhaven neighborhood of Memphis on a Sunday evening, 22-year-old Derrick Andra Morrow, Jr. was the victim of a fatal shooting on December 4, 2016. This violent act marked the city's 206th homicide of the year.
Memphis police officers responded to a call at 6:15 p.m. in the 3200 block of Edgeware. Upon their arrival, they discovered Morrow inside a burgundy Cadillac.
