In March of 2017, in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 39-year-old Luis Santiago was tragically cut short. A Hispanic man, Santiago became the victim of a violent crime that began with a terrifying home invasion and kidnapping.

The harrowing ordeal unfolded when two men forced their way into Santiago's home. There, they abducted both Santiago and his wife at gunpoint, forcing them into the couple's own Chevrolet truck. After robbing both victims, Santiago's wife managed to escape the captor ...
