Luis Santiago, a 39-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2017, in Memphis, TN. His death was the result of a violent kidnapping and subsequent murder. Santiago was abducted earlier that month by a man wielding a gun, who forced him and a woman into a truck. The incident was reported by Santiago's wife, who raised the alarm after her husband failed to return home.
