Thomas Skipper Wilkey, a 51-year-old lifelong resident of Dayton, Tennessee, tragically died on April 24, 2017, at his home. Wilkey was known for his love of hunting, fishing, cooking, baking, home canning, and spending time outdoors. He was born on December 9, 1965, to Ruby Viola Revis Wilkey and Thomas Richard Wilkey, Sr.
