Herman Bailey, a 34-year-old African American male from Knoxville, TN, tragically died on July 23, 2017. Bailey was part of a group of people hanging out in an Austin Homes parking lot in the early morning hours when an argument broke out. During the altercation, multiple gunshots were fired, and Bailey was critically injured.
