In the summer of 2017, a vibrant life was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee. Herman Bailey Jr., a 34-year-old man, was in an Austin Homes parking lot on the evening of July 23rd when an argument escalated into violence. Multiple gunshots shattered the night, and Bailey was struck. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, where he fought for his life for four days before succumbing to his injuries on July 27, 2017.
