Jonathan Outlaw, a 42-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on October 24, 2017, in Cedar Hill, Tennessee. Outlaw, a former police officer for Tennessee State University and Clarksville Police Department, was fatally shot while attempting to sell his vehicle. He was shot multiple times during a robbery attempt by three individuals who had arranged to meet him at a gas station on Maxey Road.
