Daeshrun Bey, a 17-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically shot and killed on June 7, 2021, just one day after his birthday. The incident occurred near 45th and Hope on Milwaukee's north side. Daeshrun was described by his mother, Alicia Bey, as a quiet and well-behaved teenager who enjoyed music, working out, and food.
