Dekario Linwood, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2017, after being shot in the back of the head on November 8, 2017, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Saffarans Avenue and Peace Street in North Memphis.
