Dr. Chester Falterman, a 65-year-old Caucasian male and prominent cardiologist at St. Thomas Heart in Murfreesboro, was found with a shotgun wound to the neck at the OK Corral Shooting Range in Woodbury, Tennessee, on July 4, 2018. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. Initially, it was believed that Dr. Falterman died from a suspected suicide.
