Dr. Chester Falterman, a 65-year-old Caucasian male and prominent cardiologist at St. Thomas Heart in Murfreesboro, was found with a shotgun wound to the neck at the OK Corral Shooting Range in Woodbury, Tennessee, on July 4, 2018.
